Payment Policy
100% advance payment is compulsory to confirm a booking. Reservations without successful advance payment are not held or guaranteed.
Identity Verification
All guests must present a valid physical photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Government ID or Driving License) upon arrival. Without valid documentation, room allocation will be refused without a refund.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is as specified at the time of online booking, and guests must report at their designated time. Check-out is on a 24-hour basis.
Booking Window
Bookings are open from the 2nd day up to the 60th day prior to the visit date. Once a booking is confirmed, check-in dates cannot be changed.
Guest Restrictions
Unmarried couples and primary guests below 18 years of age are strictly not allowed. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Property Care
Guests are liable to pay charges or penalties determined by Shree Somnath Trust for any damage caused to room property during their stay.
